ENQUIRIES & BOOKING

Enquiries: To enquire about an event, please complete the Enquiry Form below, and we will contact you to discuss your enquiry. Alternatively, contact us direct at info@charmschoolcrafts.com or on 020 8650 8114

Booking: To book an event please complete the following Enquiry Form. For payment information, please see below

Payment: A deposit of 50% is required on booking, with full payment due one week before the event date. Payment can be made:

  • by credit or debit card via PayPal (secure online payment)
  • by cheque

Paypal: For your security we accept payment by credit and debit cards via PayPal, a third-party payment processor which enables secure online card payments. To pay by credit or debit card, you simply visit the Send Money page of the PayPal website and make your payment to: sales@jesselina.co.uk

Confirmation: Confirmation will be sent on receipt of Booking Form and deposit.

Cancellation & Refunds: A full refund will be made if more than three weeks’ notice of cancellation is given prior to a booked date. A partial refund may be made in the case of a cancellation made giving less than three weeks’ notice. Alternatively, the payment may be transferred to a different date. We reserve the right to cancel any event where full payment is not made. We also reserve the right to cancel events subject to circumstances beyond our control. In such a situation we would offer the opportunity to either transfer the payment to another date or to opt for a refund.
